The Barn is a luxurious self catering apartment in the heart of Padstow, Cornwall.
Sleeping 4 to 5 people, this modern, well-equipped, first-floor, coverted barn is a perfect holiday cottage destination for families or groups of friends.
Overlooking the Camel Estuary and the harbour, the Barn has an unrivalled central position in the heart of the popular fishing town of Padstow. With private parking and glimpses of the beautiful sea, you are within easy walking distance of Padstow's many pubs, restaurants and shops.
The newly converted barn is equipped to a very high standard and offers:
Bedroom 1 : a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2 : a family bedroom (double bed, single bed and cot) with en-suite bathroom.
Lounge : a comfortable lounge area with views of the Camel Estuary. TV, CD player, DVD and radio.
Kitchen / Diner : a well equipped open plan kitchen and dining area.
The Barn is decorated with sumptuous cottons, wooden floors and contemporary original art.

The Barn is reached via an iron spiral staircase. It is not suitable for wheelchairs or prams. Please ask when booking if you have any concerns about access to the property. A copy of our access statement is available upon request.
