A gorgeous place, with quality food!
We visited here on Easter Sunday, to celebrate my 60th Birthday weekend, We were welcomed on arrival and shown our table, where I found a gift & card from the team wishing me a Happy Birthday, which was so thoughtful of them! All in all an amazing place, we’ve visited Padstow many times, but never had to chance to dine here before, but we will definitely be booking next time! A busy, but very organised place, with quality food, and professional staff.

Fabulous Sunday lunch!
In Padstow for a week house/pet sitting and saw great reviews for this restaurant. We were not disappointed! Absolutely wonderful Sunday lunch and my husband (who’s a great cook himself) declared it one of the best he’d had! Me too! Catered for my coeliac diet brilliantly and staff professional and friendly

Excellent morning.
We had a lovely breakfast at the Old Custom House I just had to leave a review for Kim, who looked after us so brilliantly. she was warm and welcoming. What really stood out was how kind she was to our dog, Monty. It made such a difference we were so relaxed and really enjoyed our time here.

We have visited Padstow several times now and frequented most of the pubs and restaurants. Each year we tend to settle on one place and this year it was the Old Custom House. Great selection of drinks, my wife became a new found fan of the Camel valley sparkling rose. We ate there twice, Lamb Sunday roast was great as were the chicken burger and gnocchi. What really sets it apart this year was the staff. Warm and friendly, always cheery and organised on the busy Saturday evening. Thanks for adding to our wonderful week in Padstow.

Recent visit to the Custom House
The location in Padstow was perfect. The atmosphere is definitely better than it used to be a few years ago. All 4 of us lived the food. There seemed to be no wait time and the service was brilliant. Laura made us extremely welcome and looked after us. We all came away feeling full and happy
